David Hillard is the founder of Roof Repair Plus, Inc., a veteran-owned roofing company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A U.S. Navy Seabee and Army combat engineer, David brings military discipline and over two decades of business experience to every project — from residential roof repairs and insurance claim navigation to full commercial replacements.
As a Seabee, he was trained under the motto "We Build, We Fight" and the defining "Can-Do" spirit that has driven the battalion since WWII — learning to construct critical infrastructure in demanding environments. He now applies that exact mindset to protecting homes and businesses across the Tulsa metro area.
A fourth-generation Tulsan and dedicated father, David leads with integrity, builds with precision, and leaves everything better than he found it.
